Dal 12 al 14 ottobre 2016, l’associazione internazionale Reset-Dialogues on Civilizations in collaborazione con la Fondazione Giorgio Cini, l’Università Ca’ Foscari e FIND India-Europe Foundation for New Dialogues ospiteranno un evento straordinario a Venezia su Identità e Democrazie. Di seguito il programma completo. Interverranno studiosi italiani e indiani, grandi nomi e personaggi di rilevo internazionale (Nauman Naqvi, Mukul Kesavan, Niraja Gopal Jayal, Stephen Prothero, Mira Kamdar, Farhad Khosrokhavar, Ashis Nandy, Ananya Vajpeyi e molti altri). Il 13 sarà in programma una lectio magistralis del prof. Giuliano Boccali (Università di Milano). In chiusura dell’evento, il 14 ci sarà un concerto di musica e danza indiana in onore del poeta Tagore, dal titolo Tagore’s: Songs of Love and Destiny.
